Shelly Fristoe's practice areas consist of all aspects of fiduciary litigation including will contests, trustee liability, executor liability, beneficiary disputes, probate administration, as well as the fiduciary aspects of commercial litigation. His trial experience has involved trying over two dozen cases to verdict. Shelly has practiced before federal and state administrative agencies and has participated in arbitration hearings as an alternative to civil trials.
The path to practicing law began with Shelly's success at Texas Tech School of Law, where he received his J.D. in 1989 as a member of the National Mock Trial Team, as well as the ATLA Mock Trial Team. In his practice, Shelly defends executors and beneficiaries in will contests; he prosecutes executor claims on behalf of estates; he compels timely accountings and distributions of estates; and he removes trustees and executors for breaches of fiduciary duty.→ Email Shelly Fristoe
